It was created by Westwood Studios Inc. In 1996 and it still remains one of the top representatives of the whole real-time strategy genre. A few 'zombie' units found at the enemy base but this doesn't affect gameplay. There were 2 freezes during gameplay caused by nVidia GPU or it's driver.

With integrated intel GPU Red Alert runs perfectly without any freeze at all. However integrated GPU really sucks(slow), even with slightly old games like TES4,TES5,Starcraft2 and also eats much system memory. Thats why I'm not using it. I think it can be beaten much quicklier without need to build anything, just by using Justin and Super APC with supporting units (mechanic and medic). Despite that, mission is very well designed, it has nice storyline and funny dialogs.

Interesting fact that BBird (guy who created tons of high quality RA stuff) rated it 10/10. Visitor Chronoa reported that he/she had problem with 'Midnight Descent' mission by Eugene Varnavsky. After quick research I found incomplete definition of reinforcement TeamType then fixed it. So there is no choice but to play this allied mission. I rate this one: 7/10. Slightly better than previous mission by this author. Btw, fixed version already uploaded to the mission archive. This time I reviewed another single player mission called 'Run Like Hell', created by Michael Covington.
